Temperature controller XT-T1
The XT-T1 is made for temperature controlling of heaters, heated sample gas lines or heated systems. Up to 4 heating circuits can be controlled.
Emission
SWITCHING UNIT XT-U1
Removal of a representative measuring gas from the exhaust of different combustion engines is one of the most important and at the same time most difficult tasks of online analysis. The heated XT-F1 can switch up to 3 sample points incl. pressure-relieve of the sample gas in its full equipment.
SWITCHING UNIT XT-U2
The XT-U2 is the big brother of the XT-U1 and also suitable for use in diesel, petrol or gas engines. The XT-U2 can be equipped with up to 7 measuring gas inputs and one measuring gas output.
Pre Filter Unit XT-F1

The XT-F2 is the big brother of the XT-F1 and also suitable for use in diesel, petrol or gas engines. The XT-F2 can be equipped with up to 7 measuring gas inputs and one measuring gas output.
Heated analytic line
The heated analytic line BAL serves to transport sample gases that have to hold at specific temperatures. It can be heated up to +200°C and is also temperature-regulated.
High temperature sample line
The high temperature sample line HTAL is used in gas analytic for the transportation of gases, that have to be held at a specific temperature. At the Input of the stainless steel tube can gases having a temperature of up to +900°C. At the entrance of the heated portion of the line, the exhaust temperature may still amounted to +600°C. From here it is held on the setpoint (max. 250°C, higher temperatures on demand). If the maximum exhaust gas temperatures lower than the maximum allowable Temperature, the stainless steel tube can be shortened on site.
Heating line test unit HLT
The heating line test unit enables quick control of heated analytic lines and the appropriate temperature controller without uninstallation.
Heated Filter Housing
The heated filter housing can optionally be connected as a separate module before heated measuring gas lines or analysers. If the measuring gases are heavily contaminated, several filter housings can be connected in series. The filter cleans dust and particles out of the measuring gas that is being conveyed.
Heated Connector LCH-V, LCH-A
For the exhaust emission measurement of engines, the controlling authorities
strongly focus on continuously heated measuring gas paths, from the
extraction to the measuring system. The objective is to prevent drops of temperature at unheated junctions from affecting the exhaust components. CGS closes the gap with the heated connector of the LCH series.
Insulation jacket
In order to spare you having to adapt silicone foam hoses your application yourself, we off er prefabricated insulation jackets made of silicon foam. For insulation of fittings between heated lines and heated wall ducts or of sections of piping.

Temperature controller UNI 2010
This device is made for temperature controlling of heaters, heated sample gas lines or heated systems. One heating loop can be controlled. The controller is suitable for Top-hat rail mounting.
High-temperature long-term grease
The High-temperature long-term grease HTF.260 offer excellent resistance to high temperature and aggressive media and at the same time compatibility with plastics and elastomers.
