Condensate Collecting Tank
The Condensate collecting tank has been made for sample preparation in sample analysis when condensation may occur in large amounts with gas mixtures. (E. G. Sample gas cooler, Stripper, Condensate separator, etc...)

The condensate peristaltic pump (KSP) has been specially made for the removal of condensate and is mainly used in analytical technology.
In analytical technology impurities in the form of oil and fine particles occur and have to be filtered for sampling gas analysis. Features are a minimum dead volume, easy installation as well as a universal applicability as both a particle or coalescence filter.

The tube-inlinefilter (RIF) from CGS is used as a coarse filter to protect analyzers or sample preparation systems from rough pollution in liquids or gases. The bypass filter is completely integrated. The main flow can flow continuously and without large pressure losses and be discharged via the individual sampling points, so that faster response times of the analyzer system are the result.

A process water stripper is used to detect any impurities in the cooling water (caused by a leak in the heat exchanger) early on. A core element here is the stripping module STM001, made by CGS.
